Services Provided

Braden Tax Solutions provides individual and small business tax preparation, bookkeeping, leadership coaching, consulting, and cloud-based tax software solutions. All services are provided based on the information supplied by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the performance of our services.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all requested documents, records, and information in a timely manner. Braden Tax Solutions shall not be held responsible for errors, omissions, or delays resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

Fees & Payment

Service fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. Payment is due in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement. Braden Tax Solutions reserves the right to withhold completed work until payment has been received in full.

Confidentiality

All client information shared with Braden Tax Solutions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill the agreed-upon services.

Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, software, and content developed or provided by Braden Tax Solutions remain the intellectual property of Braden Tax Solutions and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written consent.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Any fees owed for work completed up to the date of termination remain the responsibility of the client.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable state in which Braden Tax Solutions operates.
